By accessing and using the Coastal Cat Café & Adoption Center website (playcurrentwink.monster) and visiting our physical location, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

☕ 2. Café Services

Coastal Cat Café provides food, beverage, and cat interaction services. We reserve the right to modify our menu, pricing, hours of operation, and services at any time without prior notice.

• Reservations are recommended but not required. Reserved spots will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
• A cat lounge fee of $5 per person per hour applies to the cat interaction area.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to our animals, staff, or other guests.

🌿 3. Cat Interaction Guidelines

While interacting with our cats, guests must:

• Follow all staff instructions regarding cat handling and behavior.
• Not pick up cats without staff permission.
• Not bring outside food or animals into the cat lounge area.
• Wash or sanitize hands before and after interacting with cats.
• Supervise children under 12 at all times.

🏠 4. Adoption Services

All adoptions are subject to our Adoption Guidelines. We reserve the right to decline any adoption application at our discretion. Adoption fees are non-refundable once the adoption is finalized.

Coastal Cat Café is not liable for any allergic reactions, scratches, bites, or injuries that may occur during your visit. By entering the cat lounge, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks associated with animal interaction.
