🌟 Our Adoption Philosophy
At Coastal Cat Café, every adoption is a celebration. We believe in finding the right match between cats and families — a relationship built on love, patience, and commitment. Our goal is to ensure every cat finds a safe, happy, and permanent home.
📋 Adoption Process
Our adoption process is designed to be thorough yet welcoming:
- Visit & Connect: Spend time with our cats in the café. Get to know their personalities, play with them, and see who catches your heart.
- Submit an Application: Fill out our adoption application (available in the café or by contacting us). It covers your living situation, experience with pets, and home environment.
- Application Review: Our adoption coordinator will review your application within 48 hours and may reach out for additional information.
- Home Visit: A brief, friendly visit to your home to ensure it's a safe environment for the cat. This is not a judgment — it's a conversation!
- Adoption Day: Once approved, come in to finalize the paperwork, pay the adoption fee, and take your new companion home!
- Follow-Up: We'll check in at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months to make sure everyone is adjusting well.
